At Hirozawa Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., we have a wealth of experience in producing precision plastic products using engineering plastics and general-purpose plastics, including high-performance super engineering plastics such as polysulfone (PSU), PPS, and PEEK, as well as engineering plastics like ABC resin and polycarbonate (PC). We are also well-regarded for our insert molding using materials such as brass, aluminum, and stainless steel. Since the majority of the materials and metal components we use are sourced in-house, there is no need for separate orders for each component, allowing for a streamlined process with just one order slip to our company, making it hassle-free. Our motto is to create products that meet customer needs, and we respond quickly to small lot orders of various types, with the added strength of being able to consult from the selection stage of shapes and resins. We specialize in manufacturing small components up to about 100g in size, and for projects that cannot be molded in-house, we have established a one-stop system that utilizes our trading network to accommodate those needs.
