Rheometer without melt material return for molding (MBR/MBR-TD) • Particularly suitable for cases with small quantities and frequent grade changes. • Ideal for reducing residence time with small quantities. • Purge valve for quick grade changes. 2. Rheometer with melt material return (SSR) • No wasted material. • Different die lengths up to 92 mm are selectable. • Can be retrofitted to extruders (only one hole is needed!). 3. Real-time rheometer with melt material return and bypass (RTR/RTS-TD) • No wasted material. • Very short residence time due to a circulation pump. • Reduction of material degradation due to very short residence time. • Very wide MFR measurement range, similar to MBR and SSR. • Continuous circulation volumetric flow with a second melt pump. • Particularly suitable for product management. • Time savings through pumping.
