It is a small three-axis positioning stage that is compact enough to fit in the palm of your hand (maximum dimensions of the stage part: (65)×(65)×(65)mm). It is configured by connecting a three-axis positioning stage to the side of a □40 base (□40×7t). The jig (a part measuring 20×10×8mm) visible in the center of the photo can be moved using the three axes. This is an example of using a positioning jig with a probe for positioning and measurement on a sample set on the □40 base. By providing the desired mounting holes (a combination of drilled holes and counterbores) on the □40 spacer, it can be used in combination with stage products and others.
