The "ELTIM USM-200/500" is a device that measures the basis weight (grammage) and thickness of various films and very thin materials such as copper and aluminum foil using non-contact ultrasonic technology. It is ideal for use in coating machines and other applications. 【Features】 ■ The resolution of the ultrasonic sensor is 0.001μm, accommodating very thin materials. ■ Measurement accuracy is high at ±0.5% of the measured value, with improved precision for thinner materials. ■ Capable of measuring any material that does not contain air inside, regardless of material, color, or layering (no air layers inside). ■ No calibration is required for each material. ■ Measurement of wet materials after coating is also possible. ■ Measurement is unaffected by vertical movement of the material pass line (up to 20mm). ■ Maintenance-free except for daily cleaning. ■ In addition to the traverse specification (zigzag measurement), there is also a specification that can measure the entire width at once.
