Shape memory alloy has permanent memory, is rust-free, and retains its shape indefinitely once activated. 8. ■Overview of Temperature Detection Wires 1. This product integrates multiple shape memory alloys (temperature detection sensors) at equal intervals along an extended wire. However, it is designed to correspond to the maximum allowable temperature of the wire. 2. This maximum allowable temperature is the temperature at which the insulation of the wire rapidly deteriorates. The set temperature corresponds to the maximum allowable temperature of the product (70°C). 3. By detecting the maximum allowable temperature of the wire, it is possible to detect abnormal temperatures associated with electrical equipment fires. 4. Temperature detection wires are attached to the wire to collectively detect abnormal temperatures caused by overload currents or poor connections in the wire for each temperature detection wire. (Abnormal temperature detection of the wire) 5. Temperature detection wires are installed inside and outside power (control) devices and electrical (load) devices to collectively detect abnormal temperatures caused by overloads or device failures for each temperature detection wire. (Abnormal temperature detection of devices) 6. For example, when an abnormal temperature associated with a fire occurs in wires, power (control) devices, or electrical (load) devices, the temperature detection sensors attached to each temperature detection wire continuously monitor and collectively detect abnormal temperatures.
