Electronic devices such as smartphones, PCs, and digital cameras generate heat during use, which can lead to performance degradation and low-temperature burns. As a countermeasure, materials with high thermal diffusion capabilities, such as graphite sheets, are used. However, while graphite sheets are thin, lightweight, and have greater thermal diffusion capabilities in the plane direction than copper, they are also very brittle and prone to tearing, making them difficult to handle. Our company has developed original processing equipment that enables mass production of thermal management products, specifically "thermal diffusion graphite sheets," through pressing, laminating, and pouch processing. - A special press processing technique that simultaneously punches out sheet-like graphite sheets while suctioning, transporting, and realigning them into a reel shape. - Production equipment capable of high-speed and high-precision continuous pouch processing and sealing of graphite sheets. - An online image inspection system for sorting defective products and an automatic sorting device. We leverage these technologies to address our customers' thermal issues. Additionally, we have introduced the same equipment in China and Malaysia, allowing for graphite sheet processing with the same quality as in Japan.

The equipment, including presses, is manufactured in-house, allowing for rapid customization. By combining presses, laminating machines, and image inspection machines, it is possible to manufacture products on a single line.
