The "NEO-PRO Series" is a drill developed for processing porous holes in steel materials such as S50C, SCM, and SK. It features a wide chip pocket design that allows for smooth chip removal even under high-speed and high-feed conditions. There are three standard models: Short Blade (ADRS-SV), Standard Blade Length (ADR-SV), and Long Blade (ADRL-SV), allowing for the selection of drill lengths according to the depth of the processing hole. Additionally, to enhance the cutting edge of small diameter drills, a dedicated Fine Coating System (FCS) is employed. This is a coated drill that pursues cutting performance and wear resistance. For intermediate sizes of φ1.6mm and above, honing is applied to the cutting edge.
