【Details】 ■ Mold Design - We design molds based on 3D models and product drawings provided by customers. ■ Processing Data Creation - We create programs for machining and processing the molds. ■ Machining Center - We have introduced advanced machines to improve precision and shorten delivery times. ■ Wire Processing - For shapes that are difficult or impossible to process with cutting, we use wire electrical discharge machining. This also contributes to reducing processing time and improving precision. ■ Electrical Discharge Machining - We use copper electrodes for electrical discharge machining to create shapes that cannot be made with cutting or wire processing. ■ Finishing (Mold Alignment and Polishing) - Final adjustments require manual work. Micron-level cutting and processing by machines further enhance precision during finishing. ■ Prototyping (Molding) - We conduct molding prototypes using in-house molding machines. After that, we make fine adjustments to the mold to complete it.
