The swivel part has a packing structure that retains a large amount of grease, allowing for long-term storage, resulting in excellent waterproof, dustproof, and rustproof effects. The swivel components are surface-hardened (tempered), providing exceptional durability. The main shaft and upper plate (race) are securely fastened with a double crimp, making them very strong against twisting. The wheels are made of a special synthetic resin, primarily phenolic resin, specially developed in collaboration with Sumitomo Bakelite Co., Ltd. for wheels, and through a special molding method, they exhibit outstanding wear resistance, impact resistance, and load-bearing capacity. All rotating parts of the wheels use roller bearings, which not only provide high durability against loads but also ensure smooth wheel rotation.
