Inoue Sangyo's continuous iron scrap sorting and recovery machine, the 'HCP Series', is a suspended magnetic separator equipped with a device to prevent the intrusion of small iron pieces like nails into the belt gaps. By increasing the distance between the magnet and the head/tail pulleys, it prevents the entrapment of small iron pieces such as nails due to pulley magnetization.
