It is optimal for testing hexane extractable substances in industrial water (JIS K0101) and factory wastewater (JIS K0102). In the hexane extractable substance test, not only is the hexane extract (sample) evaporated and dried at 80°C, but the generated hexane vapor is also collected. Efficient recovery of hexane (over 90%) can be achieved through heater heating and condensation using a jacketed condenser. The operation is program-controlled, requiring no manual effort. ● Comparison with Conventional Methods - Open System Evaporation → Reduces environmental burden by not releasing hexane into the atmosphere. Recovery and reuse are possible, leading to cost reduction.
