Fill the product side of the heat exchanger with a mixed gas of hydrogen and nitrogen, and send air to the thermal medium (or refrigerant) side to circulate through Tetra Pak's unique detector. If there is a leak, the detector will detect hydrogen (concentration: ppm). (Features) <Leak Detection Method> The new detection device uses a mixed gas of 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen, certified by EU Food & Beverage (E949). If there is a leak, the sensor detects the hydrogen gas molecules.
