We have also introduced automated chemical treatment equipment that can accommodate mass production, allowing us to handle projects with large lot sizes. ■ What is chemical treatment? Chemical treatment is a surface treatment that involves immersing aluminum in a treatment solution, without using an electrolytic solution, to bond with oxygen and create a thin oxide film. It is approximately 0.1μm thick, thinner than anodizing, and while it has lower corrosion and wear resistance, it allows for a shorter processing time since there is no electrolytic treatment process.
