Toyoshima Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed a unique pressing method that combines single-process cold forging and parts forming processing, advancing in-house machining to establish a flexible integrated production system that achieves high quality and low cost. Currently, we are developing plate forging and tooth forming technology as next-generation plastic processing technologies, aiming for further productivity improvements and promoting the expansion of cold forging transfer. We have also introduced dedicated UL presses for element experiments and prototype development, as well as 5-axis jig borers for mold processing, establishing a prototype development system that can respond to our customers' speed.
