basic information
Product Features Unlike general standard bearings, thin-walled bearings are categorized into different series based on their cross-sectional area. In other words, within the same series, the inner diameter can accommodate several dimensions, but the thickness and cross-sectional area are fixed. For this reason, they are also referred to as equal cross-sectional area thin-walled bearings. By applying the same series, even ordinary components that deviate from certain regulations can be standardized. Additionally, when transporting air, water, or electrical wires through hollow shafts, the use of thin-walled bearings with a large inner diameter and small cross-sectional area allows for the export of larger hollow shafts instead of smaller solid shafts, simplifying the layout. They are characterized by being space-saving while providing low load and friction coefficients, resulting in improved rotational accuracy. As long as the performance and lifespan of the bearings are not compromised, the use of thin-walled designs enables compact design and cost reduction.
