The structure is that quite a few people are made of industrial resin material.
KAN-I offers proposals for suitable products, including sliding, linear, and deep groove bearings made from industrial resin materials, as well as bushings that adapt to working conditions. Even under harsh environmental conditions, the adoption of suitable products can significantly reduce maintenance frequency and enhance durability. In recent years, bearings have been applied in a wide range of fields with diverse shapes and designs, such as transport conveyors and transport platforms. Resin-type bearings possess performance and applications not found in stainless steel, using resin materials like PE, POM, PP, PTFE, PVDF, and PEEK for the inner and outer rings. For rolling elements and retainers, materials such as Si3N4 balls, ZrO2 balls, glass, and stainless steel are used through precision machining, making them suitable for environments that require precision, corrosion resistance, and self-lubrication.

basic information
Among industrial resin materials, POM and PA materials excel in mechanical strength and wear resistance, are suitable for operating conditions at temperatures ranging from -55°C to 100°C, do not generate stress, and feature self-lubrication with a low friction coefficient, making them applicable to tasks requiring rotational precision. Additionally, POM material is also suitable for alkaline solvents. PP, HDPE, and UPE materials are generally suitable for both acidic and alkaline environments, possess self-lubrication, and are non-magnetic and insulating. However, due to the slightly weaker mechanical strength of PP and HDPE materials, they are only recommended for low-load working conditions. If higher mechanical strength, low friction, and low-temperature operation (tolerating -140°C) are required, UPE material is recommended. PTFE and PVDF fluoropolymer materials exhibit the best chemical resistance. In particular, PTFE material is suitable for all corrosive environments and can withstand high temperatures up to 180°C. On the other hand, PVDF material is also suitable for high temperatures up to 150°C, but it is slightly weaker in mechanical strength and thermal expansion, making it prone to distortion. Overall, PTFE is superior. The new industrial resin materials PEEK and PI not only excel in acid and alkali resistance but also have the best high-temperature resistance and thermal expansion properties, with PEEK suitable for environments up to 260°C and PI for even higher temperatures of 300°C.
