Contributing to the longevity and reliability of products through the addition of a quantified amount of oxygen!
The Saes oxygen dispenser is designed to intentionally add a precise amount of oxygen into the lamp jacket. By adding a precise amount of oxygen, it prevents the deposition of carbon generated from organic materials remaining in the jacket, which causes blackening of the discharge tube. The organic materials left in the lamp are decomposed by the energy of the discharge tube, leading to the generation of carbon. This carbon accumulates on the internal surface of the lamp, forming a thin film. By adding a precise amount of oxygen, the Saes oxygen dispenser converts carbon into carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide before it can adhere to the surface of the burner, thus preventing adhesion. Additionally, when used in conjunction with getters such as Saes's St101 and St777P, it can irreversibly adsorb the generated carbon dioxide and excess oxygen, removing them from inside the lamp. This intentional addition of oxygen combined with the use of getters ensures the continuous maintenance of long-term lamp quality and high reliability. **Features** - Prevention of lamp blackening caused by residual organic materials adhering to the inside of the lamp jacket - Rapid oxygen release after chip-off and initial lamp startup - Stable and precise input of oxygen

Company information
The "Saes Getters Group," a global pioneer in getter technology, has been providing solutions for various applications, such as high and ultra-high vacuum environments and the deposition of pure metals, since its founding in the 1940s (including gas/moisture adsorbents, mercury/alkali metal deposition sources, etc.). Additionally, the company has actively invested in research and development, and since 2004, it has expanded its business into the Nitinol market. The superelastic properties of Nitinol are applied in medical devices, while its shape memory characteristics are utilized in industrial and household electrical appliances.
