The solid unidirectional bearings, made from bearing steel GCr15, achieve a hardness of HRC 61-65 through heat treatment, resulting in a compact design with high load capacity, a large lubrication oil reservoir, and an extended application period that reduces the frequency of oiling. Both powder metallurgy and solid unidirectional bearings address the issue of insufficient fit that arises from traditional press-fit outer ring structures by ensuring a proper fit when the rolling shaft is driven.
