USB3.1 Type-C connector with a board mounting type is now available!

In recent years, USB connectors that can be used for power supply along with high-speed communication have become increasingly common in various outdoor and indoor scenes, resulting in an increase in the devices equipped with them. In response, GT Contact has developed and started selling waterproof connectors that comply with the IP67 standard for the new USB standard, USB 3.1 Type-C. As you can see in the photos, USB Type-C is approximately 42% smaller compared to the standard Type-A. Therefore, it is also recommended for equipment miniaturization. Additionally, we offer cable assemblies that can be customized in length. We have also added the USB Type-C board-mounted type, which has been highly requested. (Both resin and metal types are available in straight and right-angle configurations.)
