Applications/Examples of results
RP1000 has over a year of rust prevention when used as is. It is water-displacing, allowing it to be used while water droplets remain on the metal surface. Due to its thin film type, machines and parts that have been rust-proofed can be operated and assembled without removing the rust-proofing film after storage. There is no seizing even when used on sliding or rotating parts. When used for short-term rust prevention (3 to 6 months), it should be diluted with kerosene at a ratio of 1:1 (twice as much kerosene).
