【Processing Examples】 ■ Deep drawing of small stepping motor parts - For case-type products, the inner pole teeth are drawn in, and the outer circumference is drawn up. - After that, the shape of the pole teeth is formed by punching. ■ Processed products of vibration motor parts - For case-type products, the blank size is determined and drawn in one go. - For flat-type products, the thickness of the bottom is reduced through crushing processing, and a barrelling process is applied to the center. ■ Deep drawing of motor cover parts - The maximum size for round shape drawing with progressive dies is an outer diameter of φ35 or less and a drawing height of 20mm or less. - The maximum for single processing is limited by the equipment, with a maximum processing range within the pressure capacity of a 200TON press. - Deep drawing improves dimensional stability and finishes the appearance beautifully by handling the material. ■ Deep drawing of connector parts - The drawn part serves as the cover for the connector terminal, and the flange of the drawing is attached to the equipment. - Increase the die radius to reduce the amount of reduction. ■ Deep drawing of parts for 3.5-inch HDD - Pursue roundness and coaxiality precision through drawing that handles about 10% of the material thickness. - Rotate the product and manage the rotational runout caused by uneven thickness in drawing using a balance measuring device. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
