At Koike Seiko Co., Ltd., we combine various types of "press processing" to handle products in a wide range of fields, from simple shapes to complex geometries. Using progressive dies, we pursue precision in outer shape, hole diameter, and hole position accuracy for "parts for 2.5-inch HDDs," as well as "solenoid components for laptops" that repeatedly attract and release by flowing current through a permanent magnet and coil at the tip of a U-shape. We also offer "shaving processed products" that can achieve a fully sheared cross-section of the product.
