It excels in penetration into recesses (high penetration) and has a small thickness difference between recesses and protrusions (high coating efficiency), resulting in less paint usage (economical) and a smooth finish with a thin film. While the standard thickness for conventional powder coating is 50-80μm, the Viriusia Articolor allows for a thin film of 30μm due to its ultra-fine particles, achieving a coating appearance comparable to smooth solvent-based paints. There are no manufacturing lot restrictions that are typically a bottleneck for color matching in powder coatings, and color matching is possible from 1kg, with shorter delivery times than usual. The color range available for matching is based on the "Nippon Paint Color Card," in the light and medium color ranges, with a brightness of 55 or higher, and gloss adjustment is possible from semi-gloss to full gloss.
