The OP-FLMT-IFS is an interference spectrum measurement system designed for film thickness measurement, based on the compact and easy-to-handle Flame-T spectrometer, combined with a halogen light source, a two-branch optical fiber, a broadband fiber collimator, and the standard software for spectral measurement, OPwave+. The acquired interference spectrum can be analyzed using the user's own program. Additionally, the Flame-T spectrometer is a compact model that can be integrated as a detector into the user's unique film thickness measurement system.
