[SystemAnswerG2 Introduction] Improving Service Levels in Comprehensive Reuse Business
At Book Off Corporation, the network was traditionally designed around the POS system. However, following the business partnership with "Yahoo Auctions!" in 2014, the system has evolved to reflect not only in-store transactions (sales and purchases) but also online transactions on the website in real-time within the store inventory management system. Due to the occurrence of parallel transactions for buying and selling, stable operation of the network is essential. While considering solutions for the following two challenges, we received an introduction to "System AnswerG2" from our operational vendor.
