This is an automatic circumferential labeling machine compatible with container diameters of φ35 to 80mm. The unique three-roller labeling method has over 45 years of proven performance, ensuring stable label application quality. The installation floor area is 1500×900mm. It operates without air and does not require a separate compressor. For circumferential labeling of approximately φ50mm, it has a capacity of about 60 labels per minute. Setting changes can be made simply by following the guidance on the touch panel. It automatically generates settings with just numerical input, allowing anyone to change the settings. Troubleshooting can be directly referenced from the touch panel.

The container is rotated while being held tightly by three rollers, allowing labels to be applied while maintaining a vertical position. It is resistant to minor vibrations from conveyors and machines, making it less likely for labels to tilt or develop bubbles and wrinkles.

Efficiently divide containers that are continuously transported. As soon as the labeling process is completed, the next container is sent in. The division interval is automatically set according to the container diameter, so the operator does not need to make adjustments. With a label length of 90mm (for a container diameter of φ50mm), the capacity is 60 pieces per minute.
