The "Medium Pressure Series (20SM/10SM Series)" is a needle valve made from cold-worked 316 SS steel, finished through machining from bar stock. The stem does not rotate but moves up and down, preventing the valve seat from seizing. Additionally, the fully closed state achieves metal-to-metal contact with leak-free bubble-tight shutoff performance.
