Dainetsu Co., Ltd. is a metal heat treatment processing company with three factories: the headquarters factory and Minato factory in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, and the Kochi factory in Kochi Prefecture. At our headquarters factory, we handle a wide range of heat treatment processes for steel materials, including quenching and tempering, annealing, normalizing, and solution treatment, accommodating items from small parts to those exceeding 15 tons. Additionally, at the Minato factory, we perform surface heat treatments such as oxidation-free quenching and tempering using an all-case atmosphere furnace, gas carburizing, and carburizing nitriding, as well as shot blasting. At the Kochi factory, we can handle general heat treatment processes for steel materials, including quenching and tempering, annealing, normalizing, and solution treatment, accommodating large diameter rings up to φ2700.
