The Equilibar dome-loaded back pressure regulator features a multi-orifice design that minimizes the impact of flow fluctuations on the set pressure from the upstream side, allowing for stable control. It is controlled solely by a flexible diaphragm, eliminating the friction issues that can reduce accuracy in spring-loaded back pressure valves, and it also has a fast response time.
