Traditionally, mercury thermometers were the mainstream choice, but recently there has been an increasing demand for alcohol thermometers in environments such as schools, considering environmental concerns. We are also expanding the range of alcohol thermometers with a matching design to accommodate this demand.

There are two types of fittings: taper 15/25 and 15/35. The temperature ranges are as follows: - 0 to 100°C (mercury/alcohol) - 0 to 200°C (mercury/alcohol) - 0 to 360°C (mercury only) The lengths of the legs are available in 76mm and 125mm from the upper part of the fitting to the tip. (For the 15/35, only the 76mm leg length is available.)

In 1907, we established a private business, a scientific glass processing plant, in the Kita Ward of Osaka City. Subsequently, in 1957, we reorganized into a corporation in line with the development of the business, becoming what is now Fuji Rika Kogyo Co., Ltd. Our main operations have been the production of glass products and the sale of scientific instrument manufacturer products. For over 100 years, we have steadily progressed alongside scientific glass and scientific instruments.
