It is an inline filter that can be directly connected to the inlet of a mass flow meter controller.
To ensure stable operation of the bypass-type mass flow meter controller sensitive to dust and mist, we recommend the installation of an inline filter. Four models are available to cover bore diameters from 0.5 to 40 μm, with design pressures of 10 or 20 MPa, accommodating micro to large flow rates (M-410/M-411/M-422/M-423).
