The grain is straight and uniform. The texture is fine. It has excellent elasticity and toughness, minimal warping, and good workability. It has good moisture and water resistance and high durability. It is highly resistant to decay. Uses: Counters, tabletops, shelves, interior materials, furniture materials, building materials, stair materials, handrails, custom materials (thresholds, door frames), frame materials. Caution: Coniferous wood is prone to color unevenness when subjected to intermediate concentration staining.
