The "PuraLev i100SU (Single Use)" is a groundbreaking pump series that does not have bearings that may wear out and does not use shaft seals that could leak. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump's impeller floats non-contact within a sealed casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. By adopting magnetic bearings instead of mechanical ones and designing an independent pump head, the risk of contamination is significantly reduced.
