It is a liquid particle counter that can count the smallest and lightest particles in pure water, with a size of 50nm (0.05µm).
The Vertex50, with the lowest zero count level in the industry, features a built-in manual flow controller and an integrated TFT touchscreen with a simple user interface. Using Lighthouse's light detection technology, we have improved the S/N ratio and gamma-ray interference by a factor of 20, making the countable particles in ultra-pure water systems dramatically more accurate. As the particle counter with the lowest false count rate in the industry, there is no need to underestimate the count values. This is because the Vertex50 outputs the count immediately upon counting, so there is no waiting for provisional values until the measured count is confirmed. The Vertex50 can be seamlessly integrated into factory monitoring systems using the industry-standard RS-485 MODBUS and 4-20mA (analog) communication protocols, while also being usable as a standalone device. By utilizing the built-in Ethernet TCP/IP interface, the Vertex50 can easily connect not only to factory monitoring systems but also to a standard company Ethernet LAN.
