"Gas soft nitriding treatment" is a heat treatment process that maintains a temperature range of 550 to 600°C in a mixed atmosphere of carburizing gas and NH3 (ammonia), allowing nitrogen and carbon to diffuse into the surface to form carbonitrides and achieve surface hardening. By leveraging the characteristics of the Unizof method, it can perform precise heat treatment without inconsistencies, even for one-off and small lot products. It is actively adopted for heat treatment in prototypes, development, and one-off or small lot products, such as sliding parts, wear-resistant components, and resin molds. **Features** - Strong improvement in wear resistance and corrosion resistance - Effective in suppressing distortion, suitable for products with strict dimensional accuracy - Adopts retort peripheral cooling method to reduce the load on products - Minimal nitriding unevenness, resulting in a beautiful (silver-gray) finish - Capable of handling sizes up to Φ600mm × 1000mm
