AD-Super is a penetrating water repellent for marble. After application, it penetrates and forms a protective layer, safeguarding the marble.
1. AD-Super is a protective agent for marble. Unlike general water repellents, which are designed for surface water repellency, this product fills the capillaries of the material itself, making it denser and reducing its water absorption. It is suitable for highly water-absorbent substrates such as marble (limestone, etc.) and concrete. 2. When AD-Super is applied, it deeply penetrates the interior of the substrate, forming a durable water-repellent and anti-stain layer that protects the structure over the long term. 3. Since AD-Super is breathable, it does not allow moisture to accumulate excessively inside the applied layer. 4. By applying AD-Super to the surface and edges of natural stone (marble, limestone, sandstone) before stone installation, it can prevent the absorption of cement leachate from the back and edges, as well as efflorescence (whitening phenomenon). 5. AD-Super does not cause significant color changes after application, but it can create a strong depth in some darker stones, so testing in advance is necessary.
