3V to 65V input, 500mA synchronous rectification buck converter, ultra-low IQ 'LM5166'
The LM5166 is a compact and easy-to-use synchronous rectification buck converter with ultra-low IQ, operating from 3V to 65V, maintaining high efficiency across a wide range of input voltages and load currents. It features high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, capable of supplying up to 500mA of output current with a fixed output voltage of 3.3V or 5V, or a variable output voltage. This converter is designed to simplify implementation while optimizing performance for the target application. To optimize efficiency at light loads, a Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) mode can be used, while a Constant-On-Time (COT) control method allows for operation at nearly constant frequency. Neither control method requires loop compensation, achieving excellent line and load transient response and enabling short PWM on-times for high buck conversion ratios. **Features** - Wide input voltage range of 3V to 65V - Quiescent current at no load: 9.7µA - Junction temperature range: -40°C to 150°C - Compliant with EN55022 and CISPR 22 EMI standards - Built-in 1Ω PFET buck switch *For more details, please contact us.*
