Hydrophilic membrane filter cartridge for removing TAB (thermophilic acidophilic bacteria) from beverages!
The TAB removal OmniClear is a filter cartridge made from ultra-hydrophilic polyether sulfone (PES). PES has excellent durability against chemicals and heat due to its chemical properties, and it offers high microbial removal performance. The SM-NB series was developed for the removal of heat-resistant acidophilic bacteria. - The asymmetric triple structure achieves a long lifespan and high flow rate, with fine pore sizes that can adequately handle bacterial growth. - All cartridges are assembled and produced in a clean room. - The unique thermal welding structure allows for repeated use even under harsh conditions. - Components are produced domestically in Japan with thorough quality control. - Selected membrane media and support enhance strength and filtration performance. - Strict quality control standards ensure uniform micro-pores and stable performance. - All cartridges comply with USP Class VI, the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, and the Japanese Food Sanitation Act. - With a wide range of chemical resistance, they can be applied to various filtration systems. - They can be repeatedly autoclaved at 126°C or steam sterilized inline at 135°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
