It is a measurement device based on image processing using a camera, capable of creating measurement programs for the target workpiece and performing automatic measurements using those programs. Based on a standard model, it can be customized according to customer requests and workpieces, including stage size, optical systems (camera, lens, lighting), and report formats. After creating the measurement program initially, instant dimensional measurements can be made using the same program for automatic measurement. This significantly improves measurement variability and inspection time efficiency. Many users overseas are also using it. General products of punched processing Due to its high measurement accuracy, it is suitable for measuring products punched with high-precision tools such as Pinnacle blades, rather than those punched with Thomson-type blades. ◎ Option [4-directional lighting] By changing to 4-directional lighting as an option, it becomes possible to measure blade types such as Thomson blades and corrosive blades! ◎ Option [Height measurement function] You can move to the point where you want to measure the height while viewing the camera image, and once you arrive at the destination, lower the measuring probe to take the measurement. Using a contact probe with ultra-low pressure that is gentle on the workpiece, measurements are taken at the micron level.
