At JMC, we offer integrated in-house production of sand casting, from mold making to machining, with manufacturing capabilities starting from just 2 weeks. We have a wealth of experience with materials ranging from common aluminum and magnesium alloys to specialized heat-resistant alloys, and we can produce even under challenging conditions with "high quality and short lead times." In terms of quality assurance, in addition to basic inspections using three-dimensional measuring machines, we have established a management system that balances external and internal quality through non-contact shape measurements and inspections of casting defects using CT scans.

This has achieved a casting surface level approaching that of die casting, with a target of Ra10 or below. Additionally, the precision standard is CT7, and depending on the shape, CT6 may serve as a reference for standard values.
