The heat pipe is integrated into the bottom of the heat sink, efficiently transferring the CPU's heat to the fin area for dissipation. Additionally, the fan is positioned for side flow, creating airflow within the PC case for efficient heat exhaust. The overall size is relatively compact at 108(L)mm × 78(W)mm × 64(H)mm, designed to minimize interference with surrounding devices near the CPU.
