Maintaining a semi-permanent stable antistatic effect! Technical documentation for the special processing 'S Coat' is currently available.
We are currently offering a technical document on our unique anti-static processing technology, developed independently by utilizing the processing know-how from East Thailand. "S Coat" is a special processing that combines "anti-static" and "barrier degradation suppression," primarily for transparent vapor-deposited PET films. This document compares the differences in performance degradation and anti-static properties with static prevention films, highlighting the advantages of S Coat films. [Contents] ■ Differences from general static prevention films ■ In the case of standard static prevention (decrease in surface resistance due to surfactants) ■ In the case of S Coat (conductor proximity effect due to special polymers) ■ Differences due to performance degradation ■ Anti-static properties of S Coat *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Content (Excerpt)】 ■Differences from General Static-Proof Films <S-Coat Film> Due to the presence of the S-coat layer as a conductor on the laminated surface of the film, static electricity generated in the film is effectively not felt from the surface due to the proximity effect of the conductor. <General Static-Proof Film> A surfactant is bled out onto the surface of the film to form a conductive film, which merges with moisture in the air to discharge the film's static electricity either through air discharge or contact discharge. <General Film> A minimal amount of surfactant is added to suppress discharge generation during printing and lamination processes, but it cannot completely prevent charging of the film. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

East Tai is a company that sells flexible packaging materials made from plastic film. With 90 years of history since its founding, we respond to various customer needs through our technologies in gravure printing for food packaging, laminating different substrates, and various coatings (compatible with both solvent-based and water-based systems). In recent years, by applying existing technologies, we have actively challenged new fields not only in food packaging but also in toiletries, industrial applications, and pharmaceuticals. Our sales network is not limited to domestic markets; we have established a supply system for East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America, providing packaging materials that meet the needs of each region.
