The processing involves sandwiching printed materials between two sides of rigid PVC film with a thickness of 100 to 300 micrometers (0.1 to 0.3 mm) and applying heat and pressure to bond them together, thereby creating what is commonly referred to as a "desk mat." We receive printed paper in standard sizes (such as B4 or A4) on coated paper or Yupo, and after applying the rigid PVC processing, we cut them into desired sizes like A4 or B5 with rounded corners, and ship them out in the form of "desk mats." The thickness of the film is available in 0.1 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.25 mm, and 0.3 mm, with 0.2 mm being the most commonly used.
