■Support Turn - This is a support table that employs cross roller bearings for high rotational runout accuracy. When used in conjunction with the roller turn, it is expected to further shorten cycles and reduce costs. ■Rotary Joint - This is a highly sealable rotary joint that has passed a durability test of 1.5 million rotations. The sealing material uses a seal ring with excellent airtightness and heat resistance, and the contact areas are treated with hard chrome plating. It can be safely used even in dedicated lines for continuous operation. ■Support Hanger - A standard model of support hanger that holds the jig base on both sides is also available. The necessary precision for flatness and perpendicularity as a support part is ensured at the required level. By using it in combination with the support table and rotary joint, jig design time can be significantly reduced.
