Towa Electronics, as a professional design engineering group, has adopted the fundamental principles of "Customer First," "Quality," "Speed," "Responsibility," and "Challenge." Leveraging years of experience in analog design cultivated in home audio and high-speed interface design integrated with simulation, we have played a significant role in the manufacturing of electronic and electrical devices. Using CR5000's BoardDesigner (BD) as our main CAD tool, we focus our operations on the pattern design of printed circuit boards. We handle everything from circuit design in-house to collaboration with partner manufacturers for board production, component procurement, and component assembly. To improve board quality, we have implemented simulation tools, utilizing HyperLynx for signal analysis, DEMITASNX, and PIStream for power analysis. This enables us to achieve high-quality board designs that do not produce noise, are resistant to noise, and ensure sufficient timing margins. Moving forward, we will strengthen our technical and business capabilities as professionals in board design, not only by introducing new technologies and reducing sizes but also by responding to various customer demands such as delivery times and cost reductions.
