It is possible to alternately change the direction of the wind with a time difference! This improves the texture and appearance.
We handle a "low-temperature drying cabinet" of the inverted flow type. It can accommodate a wide temperature range from +5°C to 35°C (with an option for 5°C to 45°C). By removing the drying machine body from the room, we create a spacious area, and by alternating between forward and reverse operation, drying unevenness is eliminated, and there is no need to change carts. Additionally, by reversing the airflow to ensure uniform distribution, the drying time is significantly reduced, increasing productivity. 【Features】 ■ Can dry more uniformly and without unevenness compared to parallel flow ■ No hassle of moving carts in and out ■ Reduction in labor costs ■ Suitable for products where quality is essential ■ Shortened drying time *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

At San-Ei, the low-temperature drying device has been developed to quickly remove frost that occurs during low-temperature operation, making drying possible. With this drying device, it is now possible to dry at temperatures below +10°C, which was previously considered impossible, and many places are currently using it even at temperatures below +5°C. Additionally, to reduce uneven drying at low temperatures, a reverse flow method has been implemented. Previously, the direction of the drying air flow was only one-way, which often resulted in differences in drying speed between the blowing side and the suction side, necessitating the replacement of drying carts midway, making it very labor-intensive for workers. By adopting the reverse flow method, the blowing direction automatically switches, eliminating the difference between blowing and suction, and allowing for an average finish, including the central part. Furthermore, by combining this with an electrically adjustable wind direction shelf (optional) that automatically varies the wind direction, the unevenness between the upper and lower parts has also been improved, resulting in a synergistic effect for more uniform drying and a reduction in total drying time.
