■Meshless Fluid Analysis Method (MPS Particle Method) In conventional fluid analysis, the fluid is divided into small regions (meshes), and the velocity, pressure, and other parameters within each region are calculated sequentially. In contrast, the MPS particle method represents the fluid as a collection of particles and evaluates the flow by calculating the motion of each individual particle. This allows for the elimination of the effort required to create meshes and enables calculations that can follow the complex movements of device components.

■Application Example: Flow Analysis in Mixing Devices ● Meshless Fluid Analysis Method Fluid can be placed inside a modeled device shape and calculated directly without creating a mesh. Therefore, as long as CAD data is available, calculations can be performed immediately even for complex shapes. Additionally, movements (such as translation and rotation) can be set for each component, allowing for the reproduction of complex motions. This supports the optimization of operating conditions and the design and selection of devices.
