We accept orders starting from one piece! We can handle various machining processes with FANUC wire cutting and machining centers!
At Tsukada Co., Ltd., we offer parts processing services using wire cut electrical discharge machines and machining centers. We accept orders starting from just one piece, so please feel free to contact us. ◆ Wire Cut Electrical Discharge Machining ◆ We use three FANUC wire cut machines to accommodate various processing needs. The usual delivery time is about three days after the order is received. Depending on the processing content, quantity, and time required, it may take longer, but generally, we will start processing by the day after or the day after that following the order. If you have concerns about delivery times, please do not hesitate to consult with us! ◆ Machining Center Processing ◆ We use FANUC machining centers to handle both 2D and 3D processing. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
[Processing Example] Welding Clamp Parts It features tapered processing at a maximum angle of 45°. The shapes of the upper and lower surfaces are drawn using CAD, and NC data for different shapes on the top and bottom is generated using CAM for WEDM. This method allows for easy processing of shapes with different upper and lower surfaces. Regular cutting tests ensure consistently high-precision tapered processing.

[Processing Example] Cutting Blade This is a taper processing with a maximum angle of 45°. The shapes of the upper and lower surfaces are drawn using CAD, and NC data for upper and lower different shapes is generated using CAM for WEDM. This method allows for easy processing of shapes with different upper and lower surfaces. Regular cutting tests ensure that high-precision taper processing is always possible.
-
[Processing Example] Stamping Punch (3D Processing) This is a forming punch used in press processing. 3D data (IGES, STEP, etc.) is used to create NC data for 3D processing, which is then processed simultaneously in three axes by Roborill.
-
[Processing Example] Tweezers (2D and 3D Processing) The part of the tweezers where the thumb makes contact has been processed in 3D. Additionally, the non-slip area has been pocket machined using a φ0.3 end mill. After 3D processing and pocket machining on the machining center, the outer shape is cut out using a wire cut electrical discharge machine. Thanks to precise positioning on the machining and wire processing machines, both the 3D processing and pocket machining fit into the designated positions of the product.

Tsukada Co., Ltd. has been engaged in press punching and bending processing of cutting tools such as scissors, knives, and nail clippers, as well as drawing processing for covers that conceal drainage pipes used in water areas since its establishment in 1970. We also manufacture the molds necessary for press processing. Equipped with three-dimensional measuring machines and image dimension measuring devices, we have consistently internalized the entire process from mold design to processing assembly. This allows us to accept transfer molds, even those made during the Showa era, with minimal necessary modifications using reverse engineering techniques. In recent years, many molds have been transferred to Tsukada Press due to the aging of representatives from long-established press companies and the lack of successors. We can digitize even the oldest molds using three-dimensional measuring machines, ensuring a smooth production transfer. We can accommodate production lots ranging from hundreds to hundreds of thousands. Please feel free to contact us.
