Tsukada Co., Ltd. has been engaged in press punching and bending processing of cutting tools such as scissors, knives, and nail clippers, as well as drawing processing for covers that conceal drainage pipes used in water areas since its establishment in 1970. We also manufacture the molds necessary for press processing. Equipped with three-dimensional measuring machines and image dimension measuring devices, we have consistently internalized the entire process from mold design to processing assembly. This allows us to accept transfer molds, even those made during the Showa era, with minimal necessary modifications using reverse engineering techniques. In recent years, many molds have been transferred to Tsukada Press due to the aging of representatives from long-established press companies and the lack of successors.
