A must-see for design engineers! A clear explanation of the basic knowledge of precision press processing and precision press molds!
Press processing is a type of plastic processing that shapes materials such as metal into the form of a mold using a processing machine equipped with paired tools called "molds." The base material, such as metal, is sandwiched between the molds, and by applying a large amount of pressure, the material is processed into the intended shape. Press processing, which can form specified shapes with molds, has the characteristic of being able to continuously produce the same item in a short time, making it widely used in automotive parts, in-vehicle components, consumer electronic devices, and internal and mechanical parts of industrial equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

basic information
**Types of Press Processing** ■ Single Stroke Type A processing method that performs one operation per stroke. Since the operator manually loads and unloads the material, it is not suitable for mass production. ■ Progressive Type A processing method that arranges multiple processes at equal intervals within a single die and continuously feeds coil material. It has a fast processing speed and excellent SPM (units produced per minute), making it suitable for mass production. ■ Transfer Type This method arranges single stroke types in order of processes within a single press machine, allowing for continuous automatic processing of press products in sequence. Like the progressive type, it enables continuous processing and is suitable for mass production. Although the SPM is lower compared to the progressive type, the yield tends to improve. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
